Details Of Bon Scott Statue Unveiling Concert Revealed

The Bon Scott statue will be unveiled on 24 February 2008  at another heavy rock extravaganza at Claremont Showgrounds!

 Concert Line Up

 The line-up for this Aussie Rock Concerts event includes Rose Tattoo, The Screaming Jets, Noiseworks and The Party Boys classic all star line up. Playing in The Party Boys will be Australia’s two greatest rock guitarists Kevin Borich and Randall Waller, Angels drummer Buzz Bidstrup, original AC/DC lead singer, Dave Evans, Mondo Rock bass player, Paul Christie, co lead singer with Bon in the Valentines, Vince Lovegrove, Buffalo frontman Dave Tice and original AC/DC bass player Mark Evans.

We are also pleased to announce that half of the original Status Quo line up, the original Status Quo rhythm section of John Coghlan on drums and Alan Lancaster on bass guitar, will reunite in The Party Boys for the first time in many years. Coghlan and Lancaster will play some classic Status Quo heavy rock hits in the same mould as the classic Bon Scott era AC/DC hits together with some of Bon’s heavy boogie rockers.

Further very exciting additions to this classic Party Boys all star line up will be announced in the coming weeks together with some extra special guests who will appear at the statue unveiling concert!!!

VIP Packages/tickets to the Aussie Rock Celebration Concert on 24 February 2008 unveiling the statue of Bon Scott are on sale now!! The Aussie Rock concert will be held at the Claremont Showgrounds.

 VIP Packages include 6 VIP tickets to a special VIP bar, including souvenir armbands, 5 full drink tokens per person, fully catered food with platters and succulent gourmet hot beef rolls served all day, 6 full merchandise packs including concert t-shirt, cap and poster and after party function in the VIP area (free drink with the bands).
