"We're on the eve of the release of my book [The Heroin Diaries]. I am so grateful to be able to release it, a soundtrack to it and support a charity [Covenant House] to help at risk kids on the streets. I want to apologize in advance for growing up, and trust me I had to do a lot of throwing up (emotionally and physically) to get here. I take my responsibilities today very seriously, my music, photography, charity work and first and foremost being a single father (not a single rock star). I want to thank all the radio stations who have supported the music, MySpace for their mega support of the overall project and of course Fuse for playing the video. We have reached so many people, and I believe we have just begun. There is a second video and single in the works now thanks to you all. I look forward to seeing a lot of you out at the book signings:
