Hendrix Pals Tour With The Experience

The Jimi Hendrix Experience bandmates Billy Cox and Mitch Mitchell have recruited Buddy Guy, Robert Randolph and Jonny Lang for a five-date all-star tour of the late guitar great's songbook.

Former Doors star Robby Krieger, ex-Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor and Double Trouble's Chris Layton will join the upcoming Experience Hendrix U.S. tour, which begins in Washington, D.C. in October.

The five-date outing is the follow-up to the first Experience Hendrix shows, which took place in 2004, and featured Carlos Santana and Paul Rodgers.
